Mike has a strong background in law, business and public policy gained through his more than 27 years of experience. He is a former member of the United States Congress and former Majority Leader of the Michigan Senate. This, coupled with his passion to assist business owners, provides a strong foundation for American General Counsel.

Managing Attorney

Tim Prochko

With 20 years of experience in private practice and as in-house legal counsel, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to accommodate the legal needs of your business. He has counseled businesses on their legal issues and engaged in operations decisions that affect the profitability and efficiency of those companies.
